Align third.py with third.cc

The ns-3 Network Simulator Project

third.py program in examples/tutorial is Python equivalent of C++ program third.cc in examples/tutorial. However, third.cc has been recently updated and the same changes are pending to be done in third.py. In this task, the student needs to align third.py with third.cc and submit the patch for evaluation.
