Prepare an example for the buildings module for submission to code review
The LTE code base contains some code for the random deployment of buildings in a simulation scenario. The code has already been packaged in a standalone example. In this task, you will test and review the code, add comments and document it in order to prepare it for a submission for the code review in ns-3.
