Music Blocks: Refactor activity.js
As part of an effort to implement a JavaScript export functionality, we need to refactor and compartmentalize activity.js;
- Encapsulate in a giant prototype function
- Find the (many) references to vars from activity.js and reorganize them
- Docstrings would probably help maintainability
