We are thinking of replacing the IRC chat option on our website with a basic chatbot (currently not AI based). A sample tool which we can use is from Collect Chat. Using this we can create a variety of sample questions with various validated answer formats.

One obvious reason for this change could be the fact that most of the visitors of Sugar Labs website are not familiar with IRC.

Create a detailed plan of how could we achieve this by minimizing spam and security concerns, thus increasing the conversion rate in comparison to IRC. Your plan must include some sample questions whose response would be useful for Sugar Labs. It should also include a plan for long-term support and maintenance.
