The WebKit API version 3.0 is deprecated and activities still using it throws a lot of PyGI errors, port this activity to the WebKit2 4.0 API.

In porting, the import name changes and the version is checked before import. Some methods and signal names have also changed, be sure to check for new methods, signal names and parameters.
