Music Blocks: Building a Better Standard Modal Box (1/2)

Music Blocks has a variety of modal boxes - e.g. the help box, the language select box and the export-as-lilypond box. However, they all have slightly different designs and none really fit with the design of Music Blocks.

This is part 1 of a two part task: this task is to design an HTML mock-up of a 'standard' modal box that could be used in a variety of situations. External CSS libraries can be used if necessary, but bear in mind that these do not always integrate well with other parts of Music Blocks.
