Use the information at Desktop Activity to create a new activity for Sugar.
Feel free to fork an existing activity to get a suitable starting point for your own activity (this is Free/Libre Software after all).
When you are done, please share a link to your git repo and one of the mentors will guide you through the process of installing your new activity on our activity server.
