This would be the feature of an organization/individual dashboard. They can issue a single certificate at a time. When clicked on the button to generate a single certificate they would be prompted to select from the available templates for the certificate. Use HTML and CSS to create attractive certificate designs, include space for mandatory fields [Name, date, description].
