Dashboard for certificate Issuer [certificate-generator-front]
This would act as a landing page for the registered Organizations/Individuals who can issue certificates once they signup/login. This dashboard would contain options like generate a new certificate(individual), bulk generate certificates, adding fields to the existing certificate templates and saving the template.
