You are required to add the "About App" feature in the Settings Screen of the app.

This is in continuation with the - " Implement a Settings Screen " in the Lead Management Android Application."

Requirements:-

1. The about section should contain open an AlertDialog on clicking it
2. The alert Dialog should contain information like : Basic overview of the app, small icon of the app and the github repository link of the app, which on clicking takes the user to the github repository of the project.
3. Try to keep it clear and concise.
