Login for already registered users [Certificate Generator Frontend ]

Create a login page(HTML+ CSS) for already existing users. The chosen wireframe can be referred from readme file of the project. Your HTML CSS design should ideally reflect the choose wireframe. Yes, we have lots of room for creativity.
