Create a wireframe for Dashboard of Certificate Issuer page of the application. It should contain a list of all the certificates issued; columns of the list being name to whom it was issued, date etc. Buttons, to generate single certificate, bulk import certificate. You can make use of tools like draw.io for the same. Feel free to use color combinations, elements placement on the page also keeping in mind the responsiveness of the page and similar elements placements.
