[Bassa mobile] Implement navigation headers for the app
Task Description: The goal of this task is to navigation headers in the app for the following 3 sections
- Downloads
- Accounts
- About
The implementations should look similar to the top of the screen design given in the reference section (which is for the Downloads section).
Task Deliverables: Open a pull request to the repository and submit the pull request link.
