[Stackle] - Documentation of REST Webservices.
The goal is to create a proper documentation of the REST webservice of the stackle application. This should include the request type, request params/query/body, request structure, response structure, etc for URL endpoint.
Task Deliverables: Create a Pull request to main stackle repository and share the URL of the PR.
