Task Description: The goal of this task is to implement a mechanism, where the user will be able to dynamically change the Bassa server IP address and port, via interacting with the app UI. Bassa server configuration file can be found here. One suggested approach would be,

1. SignIn screen - Once a user taps on the Bassa icon for 3 times in a row, open an input dialog.
2. Gather the Bassa server IP and port through the input dialog.
3. Implement a mechanism to change this file using the gathered input data.
4. Display a successful/failure message to the user.

Task Deliverables: Open a pull request to the repository and submit the pull request link.
