[Bassa mobile] Write a development workflow example in the Developer Guide wiki page.
Task Description: The goal of this task is to write another example development workflow in the Developer Guide wiki page, similar to the first one written there.
You can choose any of the development workflows that you prefer (ex: Add new downloads workflow, Approve users workflow).
*** You can create the page in your fork of the Bassa mobile repo, send a link to the mentor upon completion of the task.
Task Deliverables: Send the link to the wiki page of your forked repo.
** Don't write duplicate workflows that are already in the Wiki page.
