Change webchat to use unicode emoji
The current webchat code will change emoji such as ":-)" to an image of a smiley face. This breaks copy/paste and causes numerous side-effects.
Update the code to replace all supported emoji with their unicode counterparts. Additionally, change the font used in the webchat text to Google's color Noto font which should also look significantly better.
