Display user avatars in webchat
User avatars are currently being sent to the webchat (via https://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0084.html) but are not being displayed.
Add support for displaying user avatars both in the roster and with the name on the left of every message they've sent. Design the layout for this such that the avatars don't overly clutter the display and show a larger version on hover-over.
