[MTW] Adding snack-bar for words learnt/added to dictionary/blacklisted word buttons
Design a snack-bar when a Mark as Learnt, Add to Dictionary, Blacklist Word on the Hover-Board is clicked. This adds a responsive dimension to the extension as the user can know that an action has been performed.
