Implement the Transport Comparer Front-end.
Transport Comparer is a visualisation for comparison between transport emissions like train, airplane and car.
Steps:
- Instantiate React components required for creating the visualization.
- Plotting graphs with tooltip.
- Displaying a recommended mode of transport based on emissions.
