[Fabrik] Change Caffe implementation to be modular like Keras implementation
The current Caffe implementation has a single function with stacked if-else blocks to determine which layer is to be processed, this needs to be changed so that each layer has a function and the correct function is called based on a dictionary mapping (similar to the implementation for Keras implementation).
