The snapcraft team publishes short video guides in https://www.youtube.com/snapcraftio. The task consists on translating the English subtitles of the video to another language, using the youtube subtitle editor.

For this task, you need to have Ubuntu installed: https://bit.ly/ugciubuntu For this task, you need to know:

• A language other than English
• snapcraft: https://bit.ly/ugcisnapcraft

Steps:

• Join the #ubuntu-google IRC chatroom: https://bit.ly/ugcichat
• Say hi to elopio and sergiusens.
• Select a short video without subtitles in your language from https://bit.ly/ugcisvideos Do not select the longer office hours videos.
• Watch and follow the video instructions.
• On the youtube video player, click the settings button > subtitles > add subtitles.
• Translate the subtitles.
