Proceed as follows:

install git if you don't have it yet
ensure you have python3
install virtualenvwrapper
ensure you have a good code editor, we suggest atom

Evaluation: Please upload screenshots of following

virtual environment activated in the shell
python interactive shell
the result of command git --version in shell or command prompt if you are using windows.
an open window of atom or any other code editor
