Star and fork django-freeradius, one of the base OpenWISP 2 moduels.

Carefully read and study all the pages of the documentation, perform the setup and configure it to work with freeradius 3 using the REST API (as indicated in the documentation).

We have a problem in the documentation: we do not explain how to set up the project with postgresql, sqlite is used by default - but we guide users to set up freeradius 3 with postgresql so every new comer who doesn't have experience with django cannot make it work.

Please help us to fix this problem, install everything on your local development environment, perform all the tests using radtest and radclient and when you feel comfortable enough, improve the documentation and send a pull request.
