The Kiwix bottom bar can be enabled by a setting in our menu. See https://github.com/kiwix/kiwix-android/issues/165 for more details. This bar allows users to more easily access app functions

The bookmark star should be removed from the top bar and added to the bottom bar if the bottom bar is enabled in order to free up more space for the title of the article at the top of the screen. It should function exactly as it does now in all other respects with a long click and short click action.
