This task is to fix a bug in the addwiki/mediawiki-api library: Warnings from upload result are not logged. This is a 3rd party library used to interact with the MediaWiki API.

API request results take the form of a PHP array that can contain warnings about what went wrong. For most request types, these warnings are at the top level of the array, but when uploading they can be lower down.
