The labels and numbers in CX translation trend graph should be localized
The ContentTranslation MediaWiki extension allows showing a visualization of translation trends. Now the graph can have localizable numbers and labels, but some of those numbers and labels are not localized yet. You will need to read and understand the Chart.js API to understand how those places can be customized.
