We have two language selection boxes in Kiwix. One is in the settings menu for the global app UI and the other is in the content download library settings. We have two different implementations for a very similar dialog box. We should unify as much of the current code as possible as part of this the settings language selection box should provide both the local and current languages name for each language as the library language selection box does. Remember to keep the current number in the library box representing the number for files for this language and the library box should allow multiple items to be selected but the settings box should only allow one.
