The current implementation has been consistently confusing the expected outcome of these two blocks. The task is to create a single block that would just be "multiply note value" and we would have two macros--one for the multiplication to be 2/1 and the other to be 1/2. This should be clear in what the block does--it multiplies the contained note values by the value given.
