Code local planet / publishing features:
- Loads projects from local storage into cards. (Card buttons - console.log() what they would do with regards to MB)
- Publish Project dialog - population of this and error checking.
- Upload-to-server function
- Implementation of ‘share link’ dialog / correct behavior of cards whose projects have already been published
