There are multiple circumstances where we want to make a hard stop in execution (see for example, https://github.com/walterbender/musicblocks/issues/923). Right now, the stop button sets a flag to stop after the execution of the current block. This task is to add a "long-press" version of stop that stops execution immediately and also stops tone.js.
