Record both incoming and outgoing call form lead-management-android.

TODO :

• You will need to start background service triggered after popping up of notification for call state. And stop before trigger of closing notification for call state.

• Use this lib to record call https://github.com/aykuttasil/CallRecorder

• Save the recorded audio to external storage.

Feature should work even when application is not in foreground.
