A number of our documentation pages/articles for MusicBrainz have videos embedded. Currently they're all using a bit of custom HTML and inline CSS, which means if we need to change it, they all have to be edited individually. The solution to this is using MediaWiki templates.

The goal of this task is to write a MediaWiki template for the MusicBrainz/MetaBrainz Wiki that can replace all the instances of the "topic videos" on the pages below, so that they will all be displayed in a uniform manner.

Free free to additionally add a border or other things to the videos so that they're presented in a nicer fashion.
