Update documentation on MusicBrainz Picard's website for PICARD-1034
PICARD-1034 fixes the fact that TOPE and TOAL tags were not being written to ID3 files.
It has now been fixed but the Tag Mappings page on Picard's website has not been updated to reflect that.
For this task you need to make a pull request to the Picard Website git repository on GitHub with a change to include the above 2 tags on that page.
