Create a new tldr page on the command pycodestyle. Helpful links to the documentation for pycodestyle are available in the description of the issue on GitHub associated with this task.

If you decide to create this page, comment on the issue to let others know that you're creating it.

Once you've created it, send a Pull Request to the main tldr-pages repository.
