Create a new repository in Github and push some changes.

Description

Prerequisite:

  • Make a GitHub account on github.com

Steps:

  • Install git and create a GitHub account.
  • Create a repository by clicking "+" in the upper-right corner of any github page and then click New repository.
  • Name your repository, ("First-GCI-Task") and click create repository.
  • Open terminal and change the current working directory to your local project
  • Add the files in your new local repository.
  • Commit the files.
  • At the top of your GitHub repository's Quick Setup page, copy the remote repository URL and push the changes in your local repository to GitHub.
