[PowerUp-Android] Add Travis badge to README.md file
Prerequisite:
Fork and clone the PowerUp-Android Repository
Steps:
- Navigate to Shield.io
- Select the Travis badge
- Re-adjust the Image URL so it fits the PowerUp-Android Repository
- Copy the updated Markdown to the very top of the README.md file
- Make a PR with the change

- Ask any questions or directions in the #powerup on Systers Open Source Slack.
