Prerequisite:

• Install Adobe Photoshop or Inkscape.

Steps:

• Create a new isolated map building like school, hospital etc that can be included to show up on the map.
  • What buildings did you visit in grade 6? Did we miss a building?
• Look at sample buildings here: Hospital and House
• Create two files one color and other grayscale.
• Save as a .png files.
• Make sure it is recognizable that what building it is, you can include a title like here(library title is included): Library
  • (Optional) Ask people from different cultures: What building do you think this is? There are universal symbols like a RED CROSS for hospitals that are used for multiple countries.
