Propose a new project for Systers to target a socio-cultural problem and write a blog post about it.

Decide upon a socio-cultural problem you want to address.
Read more about the problem.
Write a blog on the chosen problem. Your blog should contain : What is the problem? What is the most affected community? How can the problem be solved? Why is it not solved until now ?
Design a technology based solution for it. It may be an app, website, robotics tool or medicinal device anything. For every component of your solution there should be well thought of reasoning, which has to be written down.
In the same blog, write all the components of your solution. You can also include your thinking process behind all the rationales.
In case of apps, please include a flow diagram of all the pages/functionalities.
Looking forward for technical analysis and solutions of the important functionalities in your product.
Currently, there is so much out their : Machine Learning, Vision learning, Big data analytics, Virtual Reality, Cloud based storage, Robotics. There so many developments in fields of medicines and healthcare using Computer Science. We expect you to have a good idea of all the recent advancements and use any one of them in creating a cool product.
