Test and Fix import/export of AlexNet, VGG-16 using Tensorflow backend
Test the import and export of AlexNet and VGG-16 models using the Tensorflow backend. Might need to add support for some missing layers. For this task to be considered complete, import/export for both these CNNs should work using the TF backend.
