[Fabrik] Add documentation for adding a model to the Fabrik model zoo
Add documentation explaining how a new model can be added to the Fabrik model zoo. A few examples of such additions are https://github.com/Cloud-CV/Fabrik/pull/143 and https://github.com/Cloud-CV/Fabrik/pull/134. This should explain the process of adding a model for both Keras and Caffe frameworks. And the instructions should be added at https://github.com/Cloud-CV/Fabrik/tree/master/tutorials.
