[Fabrik] Test and Fix Keras backend to use Tensorflow
Currently, we use the Theano backend for Keras but have now upgraded the TF version to the latest release and can, therefore, use our Keras backend with Tensorflow as its faster. In this task, the Keras backend needs to be properly tested to see if it works with Tensorflow and any issues need to be fixed.
