[EvalAI] Make homepage fully responsive
Make homepage of EvalAI mobile adaptive so that it can be open on any device with ease. Bugs to be fixed are
- Images are stretching up under 'Who use EvalAI" section. Make them of constant resolution.
- After login there is no option present for logout in sidebar (mobile). Add logout link in sidebar.
- Status part under features challenge is not properly aligned. Make it left align.
