[Fabrik] Add instructions to use exported model in Caffe
Add instructions explaining how a prototxt(Caffe) file exported from Fabrik can be loaded in Python and show how the model parameters and output sizes can be printed. The instructions should be added to https://github.com/Cloud-CV/Fabrik/tree/master/tutorials
