Design a t-shirt including our logo (link attached) and other graphics you designed by yourself. Please do not use copyrighted material from third party. Use a vector drawing application like https://inkscape.org/en/

Deliverable has to be a high resolution png ready to go to print, plus the original vector file in EPS sent by us by email to lgcodein@gmail.com

PLEASE NOTE: the design has to be sent both encapsulated on a t-shirt mockup like this one http://i0.wp.com/www.psdtemplatesblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Free-Vector-T-Shirt-Mockup.jpg?resize=600%2C450, and also as stand alone graphic. If you do not embed the graphic in a t-shirt mockup we can not have the exact idea you have, think you can print both sides and different sizes...
