Fix Currency Symbol Which Displays As NULL
Summary: Currency symbol is displayed as null in Charges screen.
Steps to reproduce: Open the charges tab.
Expected behavior: It should have the appropriate currency sign.
Observed behavior: NULL is displayed instead of the currency sign.
