[Git] Create a shiny new .gitignore for any of the SCoRe project
We have decided to use gitignore.io to generate proper .gitignore files for our git repos. Your task is to check all the projects in SCoRe lab and find a project that does not have a .gitignore file which is generated using gitignore.io. If a .gitignore file is generated using gitignore.io you will see something like # Created by https://www.gitignore.io/api/ as the first line of the file.
First, create an issue with the title "Generate .gitignore using gitignore.io".
Mention which technologies you identified in the project that should be used to generate the .gitignore.
Comment the issue link here. Once the mentor checks and comment you are good to continue on the issue, you can generate a .gitignore file and create a PR.
Conditions
- Make sure only correct files for the tech-stack is ignored.
- If the repo already has a
.gitignorefile created from www.gitignore.io don't proceed with that project. - Ensure that all the files in current `.gitignore are also ignored.
- One student must create an issue and send a pull request for one repository only.
