[Codename-Massa] Create a React-Native skeleton and a README for Massa

This app allows users to split a large file ( or a torrent ) and separately download each block in different devices and combined them back to create the original files locally.

There are 2 major uses for this application 1) One person can use multiple internet connections and multiple devices to download a file faster. 2) Multiple people with low bandwidth (low data packages) can download a larger file that is useful to all of them. Ex: Fedora DVD for set of Linux enthusiasts.

Also refer the document in external URL.

What you need to do: 1) Create a fork of the repository. 2) Create a React-Native skeleton. 3) Create a README. 4) Add yourself to contributors.

Do not send a pull request. Submit a link

Optional: 1) Create a splash screen.

Note: You don't need to worry about the logo in this task. If you have a logo and a name suggestion there is another task for that. There is also another task for UI Mock-ups.
