We as an organisation took a decision we should follow Gitlfow in all our repos. Some Org Maintainers being lazy ( actually being busy with work ) still has not initialized the repo for this. Your task is to find one such repo in SCoRe lab which does not have a master branch and a develop branch. ( A repo should have both a master branch and a develop branch. )

Once you find such repo, check if someone has already created an issue for this. If not, create an issue with the title "Repo should follow GitFlow workflow " and put the content of the following gist as the issue description.
