Sustainable Computing Research Group (SCoRe)

Work with the mentor about this project and update the README.md file with information about this project. The first part of the README.md should in a user's perspective, like what is this project, why someone should use this project and for what purposes. Then add info from a developer's perspective, how to deploy, links to the "How to contribute" guide, etc.
